It changes how some parts of vendor stalls function

How it Works
I made a few adjustments to the files that I felt would be more useful.
It costs §0 to hire a vendor.
Vendors will stay for a full 8 hours.
You can hire NPC's for up to 50 stalls on a single lot.
NOTE: I set the max number of NPC Vendors to 50 so I don't have to update this mod everytime a new stall comes out. Having more than 15 may cause issues on some computers so if you add excessive numbers of vendors to your lot, do so at your own risk!
Conflicts
If you have another mod that includes/changes the resources below, then it will conflict with this mod.
